2 cups Quorn® Chik’n Tenders
Whole Wheat Pasta
3 tablespoons of honey (more if you choose)
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard (more if you choose)
1 tablespoon of honey (more if you choose)
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard (more if you choose)
1/2 table spoon of rice vinegar
Cook pasta accordingly
Mix the 3 tablespoons of honey & 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard and add to sauté pan . When heated, add in the 2 cups of tenders and cook until done.
Mix the 1 tablespoon of honey & Dijon and rice vinegar and pour over cooked pasta and add tenders and toss & enjoy!
This recipe is actually enough for 2. So pack the leftovers for lunch 🙂
