Beast Mode Recap: Week 6

This week, I didn’t do anything.

I didn’t track my diet nor did I work out. I took the week off because I was so busy with work related events.

I missed working out every day. I felt my body revolting against not watching what I ate and not working out. My body really did sort of shut down. Lack of sleep for two weeks and a go-go-go schedule didn’t help.

I’m so looking forward to working out and eating healthy tomorrow.

I can’t wait to get back on track and back to a sleep schedule that has me waking up refreshed versus just plain tired.
