As the month of April creeps closer and closer to ending and the Writing a Book in a Month challenge comes closer to an end as well, I realize that I am
A) no where near the 75,000 word goal
B) didn’t write 7 days a week
C) wrote one chapter that was so hard to pull out of my head and put into words
D) have written some of the stuff I’m most proud of
This sparked, I should say reignited the desire to write and create. I will probably finish this book in May instead of April and I’m okay with that. I’m trying something new and it’s working. That’s all that matters to me.
So as the days in April dwindle down, I’ll just keep writing until I reach the end of the book…and when I do, I will be so grateful to have taken the journey.
