Sundays are fast becoming my favorite day of the week.
Once dreaded as the “it’s almost Monday day” it’s now the space between the week ending and another week starting.
The space where I am most relaxed.
Sundays have become my soul recovery day.
Up for a coffee or tea, back in bed and more than likely back to sleep for another hour or so before tackling the day.
And by tackling, I mean reading, writing, journaling, meditating, listening to music, going for a walk or doing yoga.
It’s my day. My space to be still and calm.
Sundays, the space between letting go of the old week and starting the new week.
