A few days ago I read a tweet that said: “You can “rewire” your brain to be happy by simply recalling 3 things you’re grateful for every day for 21 days” and it kind of stuck in my head. I thought I’d try that since I try to be happy/good mood all the time, but sometimes I forget the things I’m grateful for.
Day 1 of Grateful:
#1 I’m grateful for my constant questioning. I question life, question how things work, question why things are and how things are and because of it, I am constantly learning and pushing my boundaries, thoughts, and way of thinking.
#2 I’m grateful for my furball, Nick. I’ve learned patience with him and that it’s okay to always want to play and lay in the sun.
#3 I’m grateful for my niece, Riley. As she grows and wants to better herself and questions the Universe, I grow and want to better myself and question the Universe. Through her I’m learning more and I never want her or myself to stop learning.
