Customer Service Part 2

Over the weekend, I received a text from Suzanne regarding the manual transmission camper van we had secured…in short, the message read, we need to get an automatic. Heather and I agreed. We’d rather be safe than sorry. Not only do we have to drive on the left side of the road, we’ll be sitting in the right hand side of the car. Confused…join the circle…crazy Australians.

I contacted Camper Travel Australia as soon as I got into work this morning and again, their customer service is excellent. I received an immediate reply in asking to see if an automatic was available. They are on the search for an automatic for us. Yes, leave it to the Americans not to know how to drive a stick shift.

I wrote about the customer service of this company before and I cannot speak highly enough of them. We may never get to thank any of the lovely ladies in person, but I can continue to praise their customer service a world away.
