This isn’t going to be a huge post on the Asheville Road Trip Fun. It was so much fun that you really had to be there to understand everything.
Having said that, there is something to be said about Downtown Asheville. They move at a pace that isn’t rushed and enjoy the time they have. The last time I stayed in Asheville, I stayed in Hotel Indigo and it was so relaxing and nice. The One Fifty One Boutique Bar and Kitchen was excellent and my bartender completed the exceptional meal, drink with his service.

This time I stayed at Haywood Park Hotel and it made me want to move in.  This time I ate lunch at Solace and it was spectacular! I highly recommend the Peppered Strawberry Salad with a pinot gris. It was perfect on the summer day and our server Carin was a delight.
Please visit these four places if you are ever in Asheville. It is worth it.
