Day Three

Cardio: 3.39 miles is 60 minutes
Strength:
3 x 15 stability ball chest press
3 x 15 bench chest press
3 x 15 stability ball lat swim (holy hell that was hard)
3 x 15 stability ball pushup
3 x 15 overhead press machine
300 ab workout
3 x 15 matrix
Day Four – August 16th – rest. No cardio. No strength. I spent the day playing in the park with kids.
