Day 6: cardio only – 2 miles (walk/jog) 38 minutes
Day 7: cardio 20 minutes walk/jog – wasn’t scheduled to do cardio today but felt like I needed something to get the heart pumping and possibly make the residual headache pains I had from the night before go away. Heart was pumped but headache still remained.
